Subscription & Billing Policy

This policy applies to the subscriptions, the free plan, payments and business services associated with Klynic. It may be supplemented by the Terms & Conditions, specific contracts or conditions accepted during the purchase process.

Klynic offers the Klynic Free plan free forever, with no credit card and no expiration date, including the features listed for that plan and with no commitment to continue.

Features belonging to paid plans require an active plan: if the clinic does not select one or does not complete the corresponding payment process, access stays limited to the features included in Klynic Free.

Klynic may offer plans such as Starter, Pro and Premium, with different features, limits, prices, currency and billing frequency. Current features are shown on the pricing page or during the subscription process.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period. The user may cancel the renewal according to the options available on the platform or by contacting the Klynic team.

Upgrades may take effect immediately and may generate proportional adjustments depending on the payment provider and the active period. Downgrades may take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, to avoid interruptions or unexpected changes during the period already paid.

The user may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation usually prevents future renewals, but does not automatically eliminate the obligation to pay amounts already accrued or consumed before the cancellation.

Prices may be shown in different currencies depending on the country, payment provider availability or current commercial strategy. Applicable taxes, bank fees, rates or third-party charges may vary depending on the client's jurisdiction.

Unless required by applicable law or a specific written agreement, subscription payments are non-refundable once the service period has started. Klynic may review exceptional cases in good faith, especially in the event of technical billing errors or duplicate charges.

If a payment fails, Klynic may attempt new charges, notify the user, establish a grace period or temporarily suspend access until the situation is resolved.
