By accessing the website or using Klynic's services, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or the platform.

Klynic is a financial intelligence and operational management SaaS platform for dental clinics. It helps calculate costs, analyze profitability, build treatment plans and visualize operational and financial information.

The user agrees to use Klynic in a lawful, professional manner and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to:

• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems or third-party data without authorization.
• Copy, resell, decompile or commercially exploit the software without authorization.
• Upload false, harmful, malicious information or information that infringes third-party rights.

The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential, controlling access to their account and reporting any unauthorized use. Klynic may suspend accounts if it detects risk, abuse or non-compliance.

Klynic offers a permanent free plan (Klynic Free) and may offer subscription plans and additional services. Commercial terms, prices, billing frequency, taxes and renewals will be disclosed before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

The user may cancel or modify their subscription according to the options available on the platform or through support. Cancellation may take effect at the end of the current billing period, unless Klynic states otherwise in writing.

Klynic provides support tools for financial analysis, costs and treatment plans. Business, clinical, tax, accounting or legal decisions made based on the generated information are the responsibility of the user and the clinic.

Klynic, its brand, design, software, code, texts, interfaces, methodologies and visual elements are owned by Klynic or its licensors. No intellectual property right is granted other than the limited use of the platform according to the contracted plan.

We work to keep Klynic available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, improve, suspend or remove functionality for technical, legal or business reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, Klynic will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, the user's business decisions or damages arising from incorrect use of the platform.
